Hearing to Consider Adoption of the 2023 Ozone Attainment Plan for the Federal 2008, 75 ppb and 2015, 70 ppb 8-Hour Ozone Standards – OPEN HEARING; RECEIVE PUBLIC COMMENT; CLOSE HEARING; ADOPT THE 2023 OZONE ATTAINMENT PLAN FOR THE FEDERAL 2008, 75 PPB AND 2015, 70 PPB 8-HOUR OZONE STANDARDS AND RESOLUTION NO. 2023-001-05.

2023 DMV Grant Program Recommended Projects – RECEIVE PUBLIC COMMENT; APPROVE THE DISTRICT’S 2023 DMV GRANT PROGRAM RECOMMENDED PROJECT LIST; AUTHORIZE STAFF AND LEGAL COUNSEL TO DRAFT NECESSARY PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION AGREEMENTS AND BRING BACK SAID AGREEMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION AT THE JULY 2023 BOARD MEETING.

Sub-Recipient Agreement from California Air Pollution Control Officers Association for the District to receive PM2.5 103 Grant Funds – AUTHORIZE THE APCO TO SIGN A SUB-RECIPIENT AGREEMENT WITH THE CALIFORNIA AIR POLLUTION CONTROL OFFICERS ASSOCIATION, AND AUTHORIZE THE AIR POLLUTION CONTROL OFFICER TO DO ALL OTHER ACTS NECESSARY TO RECEIVE FUNDS FROM THE PM2.5 MONITORING PROGRAM.

Proposed Amendment No. 4 to Agreement 03-001-2020 with Trillium USA Company, LLC to extend the life of the agreement by an additional year – APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN AMENDMENT NO. 4 (05-001-20203a) TO AGREEMENT 03-001-2020 WITH TRILLIUM USA COMPANY, LLC.
