Notice of Public Hearing FY 2026/2027 Budget
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: A public hearing will be held on Thursday, July 23, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at the Eastern Kern Air Pollution Control District (District) Board Room located at: 414 W. Tehachapi Blvd., Suite D, Tehachapi, CA 93561; or accessed through Zoom Meeting ID 826 861 7254, for the purpose to consider adoption of the recommended final Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Budget and to provide the public an opportunity to comment. A summary of the recommended final budget and supporting documents are available for review through the link below and at the District’s Administrative Office. Interested persons may appear at the hearing in person or via Zoom to make comments. Written comments are invited for consideration and will be received until the close of business on July 22, 2026. Such written comments may be submitted to the Administrative Office addressed to Gary Ray, Jr., APCO, EKAPCD at 2700 “M” St., Ste. 302, Bakersfield, CA 93301; (661) 862-5250.
