Carl Moyer Program Grant Agreement with Jason Griffin to Replace a Diesel-Fueled Backhoe – APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN AGREEMENT 05-003-2026 WITH JASON GRIFFIN FOR THE PURCHASE OF A NEW LOW-EMITTING MINI EXCAVATOR.

Grant Agreement with the California Air Resources Board for the District to receive AB 197 Grant Funds – APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE BOARD TO ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 2026-001-05 REQUESTING ASSEMBLY BILL 197 GRANT FUNDS; AUTHORIZE THE APCO TO SIGN AN AGREEMENT WITH CARB; SUBMIT A CERTIFIED COPY OF THE BOARD RESOLUTION TO CARB AND DO ALL OTHER ACTS NECESSARY TO RESERVE AND RECEIVE AB 197 FUNDS.
