Hearing to Consider Adoption of the Eastern Kern Air Pollution Control District’s Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Budget. – OPEN HEARING; RECEIVE PUBLIC COMMENT; CLOSE HEARING AND ADOPT THE RECOMMENDED BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025-2026.

California Air Resources Board G24-MCAP-06 Community Air Protection Incentives Year 8 Funds – BOARD ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 2025-001-09 REQUESTING THE DISTRICT’S ALLOCATION OF G24-MCAP-06 COMMUNITY AIR PROTECTION INCENTIVES YEAR 8 FUNDS; AUTHORIZE THE APCO TO SIGN THE AWARD LETTER; SUBMIT A CERTIFIED COPY OF THE BOARD RESOLUTION TO CARB, AND DO ALL OTHER ACTS NECESSARY TO RESERVE SAID FUNDS.

State Subvention Funds – AUTHORIZE THE AIR POLLUTION CONTROL OFFICER TO SIGN AND SUBMIT THE APPLICATION FOR STATE SUBVENTION FUNDS, AND TO TAKE ALL OTHER STEPS NECESSARY TO RECEIVE FUNDS.

Travel Request for Gary Ray, Jr., Jeremiah Cravens, and David Arokiasamy to Attend the South Western Air Group Conference in Phoenix, Arizona – BOARD APPROVE THE SPECIAL TRAVEL REQUEST FOR GARY RAY, JR., JEREMIAH CRAVENS, AND DAVID AROKIASAMY, TO ATTEND THE 2025 SWAG CONFERENCE IN PHOENIX, ARIZONA, FROM NOVEMBER 4 TO 6, 2025, AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED $5,000.
