Hearing to Consider Adoption of Eastern Kern Air Pollution Control District’s Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Budget – OPEN HEARING; RECEIVE PUBLIC COMMENT; CLOSE HEARING AND ADOPT THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2023-2024.

DISTRICT REQUESTS

4-CA)
Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) from California Air Pollution Control Officers Association for the District to receive EPA 105 Grant Funds – AUTHORIZE THE AIR POLLUTION CONTROL OFFICER TO SIGN THE MOU AGREEMENT WITH THE CALIFORNIA AIR POLLUTION CONTROL OFFICERS ASSOCIATION WHEN IT IS RECEIVED, PROVIDED IT IS IN SUBSTANTIALLY THE SAME FORM AS THE DRAFT PROVIDED HEREIN, AND AUTHORIZE THE APCO TO DO ALL OTHER ACTS NECESSARY TO RECEIVE FUNDS FROM THE EPA 105 GRANT PROGRAM.

State Subvention Funds – AUTHORIZE THE AIR POLLUTION CONTROL OFFICER TO SIGN AND SUBMIT THE APPLICATION FOR STATE SUBVENTION FUNDS, AND TO TAKE ALL OTHER STEPS NECESSARY TO RECEIVE FUNDS.
