Staff Report for KCAPCD Rule Development Schedule for SB 656 (Fugitive Dust Control Measures)  KCAPCD was adopted September 13, 2007.  Please be aware that no formal rules or regulations have been proposed yet, and the District’s actions are pertaining to a schedule for the rule development process only. Formal rule development will occur, which includes workshops and additional opportunities to comment on proposed District actions. A Public Workshop was held on Proposed Control Measure Development (SB656) on November 15, 2006.
