SPECIAL NOTICE:  7 AMENDMENTS and 2 REPEALED FEE RULES BECAME EFFECTIVE APRIL 1, 2008. 

KCAPCD Board of Directors adopted amendments to rules in Regulation III (Fees) 301 (Permit Fees), 301.1 (Banking Certificate), 302 (Permit Fee Schedules), 303 (Miscellaneous Fees), 305 (Hearing Board Fees), 305.1 (Excess Emissions Fees) and 306 (Asbestos Removal Fees) ; Repeal Rules 301.2 (Atmospheric Acidity Protection Program Fee) and 301.4 (California Clean Air Act Non-vehicular Source Fee).

REGULATION DEVELOPMENT

Agricultural Diesel Engines Registration:  Registration required by State regulation is due by March 1, 2008.   The District will suspend enforcement of the registration requirement until May 30, 2008.   (Click here for details and forms)
