Sub-Recipient Agreement from California Air Pollution Control Officers Association (CAPCOA) for District to receive Woodstove Grant Funds – ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 2023-001-03 REQUESTING FUNDING FOR WOODSTOVE REPLACEMENT; AUTHORIZE AIR POLLUTION CONTROL OFFICER (APCO) TO SIGN A SUB-RECIPIENT AGREEMENT WITH CAPCOA; AUTHORIZE THE APCO TO DO ALL OTHER ACTS NECESSARY TO RECEIVE FUNDS FROM THE WOODSMOKE REDUCTION PROGRAM.

California Air Resources Board (CARB) Assembly Bill (AB) 617 Community Air Protection Program (CAPP) Grant Funds – ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 2023-002-03 REQUESTING AB 617 CAPP GRANT FUNDS; AUTHORIZE THE APCO TO SIGN AN AGREEMENT WITH CARB; SUBMIT A CERTIFIED COPY OF THE BOARD RESOLUTION TO CARB, AND DO ALL OTHER ACTS NECESSARY TO RESERVE AND RECEIVE AB 617 FUNDS.

Proposed Agreement with Southern Kern Unified School District to provide up to $150,000 from AB 1550 Community Air Protection (CAP) funding for the purchase of a new school bus – APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN AGREEMENT NO. 03-002-2023 WITH SOUTHERN KERN USD FOR THE PURCHASE OF A NEW SCHOOL BUS.
