Hearing to Present Eastern Kern APCD’s Annual AB 2588 (Air Toxics) Report – OPEN HEARING; RECEIVE PUBLIC COMMENT; CLOSE HEARING; RECEIVE AND FILE THE DISTRICT’S ANNUAL AB2588 (AIR TOXICS) REPORT; AND DIRECT STAFF TO DISTRIBUTE REPORT.

California Air Resources Board Carl Moyer Heavy Duty Engine Program (CMP) Year 25 – ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 2022-001-11 REQUESTING $432,560 IN CARL MOYER PROGRAM YEAR 25 FUNDS; AUTHORIZE THE APCO TO SIGN THE AWARD LETTER; SUBMIT THE APPLICATION REQUESTING THE FUNDS; PROVIDED IT IS IN SUBSTANTIALLY THE SAME FORM AS THE DRAFT PROVIDED HEREIN, AND DO ALL OTHER ACTS NECESSARY TO RESERVE AND RECEIVE THE CMP FUNDS.

Proposed Amendment to Agreement with Antelope Valley Dust Control Group for additional dust control planning and mitigation measures in the Fremont Valley area – APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN AGREEMENT NO. 11-001-2022a WITH ANTELOPE VALLEY DUST CONTROL GROUP.

Proposed Agreement with Kernville Unified School District (KUSD) to replace a 1991 Thomas school bus utilizing AB 923 funding pursuant to the Lower-Emission School Bus Program (LESBP) – APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN AGREEMENT NO. 11-002-2022 WITH KUSD FOR THE PURCHASE OF A NEW SCHOOL BUS.

Proposed Agreement with Sierra Sands Unified School District to provide up to $166,126 from AB 1550 Community Air Protection (CAP) and Carl Moyer Program (CMP) funding to replace a 1987 International school bus – APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN AGREEMENT NO. 11-003-2022 WITH SIERRA SANDS UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR THE PURCHASE OF A NEW SCHOOL BUS.
