Proposed Agreement with Mojave Unified School District to provide $110,000 from AB 1550 Community Air Protection (CAP) funds for a new school bus – APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN AGREEMENT NO. 01-001-2020 WITH MOJAVE UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR THE PURCHASE OF A NEW SCHOOL BUS.

Proposed Amendment to Agreement to 01-001-2018 with American Ecotech, LLC to provide web access support for solar facilities air monitoring – APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN AGREEMENT NO. 01-002-2020a WITH AMERICAN ECOTECH, LLC.

Proposed Amendment to Agreement 07-003-2019 with Trillium USA Company, LLC, requesting updated language to original agreement – APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN AGREEMENT NO. 01-003-2020a WITH TRILLIUM USA.

District Staff Cost of Living Salary Adjustment - APPROVE COST OF LIVING SALARY ADJUSTMENT OF 10% FOR DISTRICT STAFF, EXCLUDING APCO; ADJUSTMENT WOULD BRING RANGES FOR AIR QUALITY ENGINEER I (AQE) FROM 64.7 TO 66.7, AQE II FROM 67.7 TO 69.7 AND AQE III FROM 69.7 TO 71.7; AIR QUALITY SPECIALIST I (AQS) SALARY RANGES FROM 60.4 TO 62.4, AQS II FROM 62.4 TO 64.4 AND SENIOR AQS FROM 64.4 TO 66.4; AIR QUALITY ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER SALARY RANGE FROM 66.1 TO 68.1 AND AIR QUALITY SUPPORT SPECIALISTS’ SALARY RANGE FROM 53.1 TO 55.1,  EFFECTIVE JANUARY 20, 2020, AND REFER TO KERN COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS FOR CORRESPONDING AMENDMENT OF SALARY ORDINANCES.

California Air Resources Board Funding Agricultural Replacement Measures for Emissions Reductions (FARMER) Grant Program for California State Fiscal Year 2019-2020 – ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 2020-001-01 REQUESTING $350,760 IN FARMER FUNDS; AUTHORIZE APCO TO SUBMIT COMPLETED APPLICATION; SIGN THE AWARD LETTER; AND DO ALL OTHER ACTS NECESSARY TO RESERVE AND RECEIVE STATE FISCAL YEAR 2019-2020 FARMER FUNDS.
