Proposed Agreement with the California Air Resources Board for the District to receive AB 197 Grant Funds – AUTHORIZE AIR POLLUTION CONTROL OFFICER TO SIGN AGREEMENT WITH THE CALIFORNIA AIR RESOURCES BOARD; AND AUTHORIZE THE AIR POLLUTION CONTROL OFFICER TO DO ALL OTHER ACTS NECESSARY TO RECEIVE FUNDS FROM THE ASSEMBLY BILL 197 GRANT FUNDS.
