Appointment of Hearing Board Member – APPOINT MR. JOHN M. HAYES AS MEMBER TO DISTRICT’S HEARING BOARD FOR A TERM TO EXPIRE ON JULY 1, 2022, DUE TO AN UNSCHEDULED VACANCY, PURSUANT TO SECTION 40804 OF THE CALIFORNIA HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE.

2019 DMV Grant Program Recommended Projects – APPROVE THE THREE 2019 DMV PROGRAM AGREEMENTS, AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN THE AGREEMENTS ONCE THEY ARE EXECUTED AND RETURNED BY THE RESPECTIVE GRANTEE.

Proposed Agreement with Tehachapi Unified School District to provide $110,000 from Community Air Protection Program and Carl Moyer funds for a new school bus – APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN AGREEMENT NO. 07-001-2019 WITH TEHACHAPI UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR THE PURCHASE OF A NEW SPECIAL NEEDS SCHOOL BUS.

Proposed Agreement with Sierra Sands Unified School District to provide $110,000 from AB923 funds for a new school bus – APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN AGREEMENT NO. 07-002-2019 WITH SIERRA SANDS UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR THE PURCHASE OF A NEW SPECIAL NEEDS SCHOOL BUS.

Prescribed Burning Reporting and Monitoring. – ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 2019-001-07, WHICH AUTHORIZES THE APCO TO EXECUTE THE PRESCRIBED BURN REPORTING AND MONITORING SUPPORT PROGRAM AGREEMENT WITH CARB; SIGN THE AWARD LETTER, AND DO ALL OTHER ACTS NECESSARY TO RESERVE AND RECEIVE BURN PROGRAM FUNDS.
