Providing Loan Assistance for California Equipment (PLACE)

This program provides financial assistance to “near-bankable” fleet owners unable to obtain affordable financing in today’s tight credit market. 

 To participate, applicants must have: 

bullet20 or fewer on-road heavy-duty vehicles subject to the new truck rules
bulletFewer than 100 employees
bulletLess than $10 million in annual revenue
bulletPrimarily conducts business in California
