Proposed Fiscal Year 2008-09 Budget NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the Board of Directors of the Kern County Air Pollution Control District (District) has set a public hearing to be held July 10, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at Golden Hills Community Services District, 21415 Reeves St, Tehachapi, CA for the purpose of reviewing the proposed Fiscal Year 2008-2009 Budget and to provide the public an opportunity to comment. Interested persons may appear at the hearing and make comments. Written comments are invited for consideration and will be received until the close of business on July 9, 2008. Such written comments may be submitted to David L. Jones, APCO, Kern County Air Pollution Control District, 2700 "M" Street, Suite 302, Bakersfield, CA 93301, (661) 862-5250.
